How Can You Prevent Heart Disease and Stroke?

BMA is proud to present our four week lecture series on cardiovascular health, disease prevention and wellness. This class is open to any patient diagnosed with hypertension (high blood pressure), high cholesterol or coronary heart disease. This class will provide insight into nutrition, disease management and lifestyle change to better control or reverse heart disease.

Classes will be held during the month of April on Monday evenings (April 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th) from 5:30-6:30PM. The classes will be held in the Champlain Building across the drive way from BMA in the Suburban communications office (you can see the entrance from the front door of the Camalier building). The lecture series will also come with recipes, educational materials and meal planning ideas.

Parking will be validated for these classes. All courses will be capped at a specific capacity and the enrollment limit varies per class. The cost of the class is $100.
