Join BMA’s Nutrition Challenge for a great way to start 2022!
Join our dietitian, Jessica Murgueytio, in our next Nutrition Challenge that is designed to help with improving dietary choices, losing body fat while maintaining muscle mass, staying full along the way.
The 3x30 Challenge is aimed at increasing protein and fiber and nutrient-dense foods to assist with weight loss, calorie control, and satiety. This challenge will last 30 days (From January 2nd- January 31st) and includes a seven-day meal plan with recipes and recommended products to help you meet this challenge head-on. The recipes are designed to make multiple servings in order to reduce cooking time throughout the week. Jessica will keep you motivated with bi-weekly emails that include new recipes and product ideas along with some words of wisdom to help you stay on track and make lasting changes. Enrollment in the Challenge will cost $30 and include everything listed above. Once we have received your payment you will get the Challenge Plan emailed to you from Jessica so you have her email address for questions and concerns during the Challenge.
