        About our Nutritionist

        Arelis Torres completed her degree in Dietetics from the University of Puerto Rico. She has been a Registered Dietitian for 9 years and recently obtained the board specialist certification in Gerontological Nutrition. Arelis has focused most of her career in patient care, working with individuals that are looking to improve their quality of life with nutrition and a healthy lifestyle.

          Due to construction odors, Bethesda Medical Associate elected to close our office. Our phones will still be monitored by our technicians. However, our office will be closed for all appointments, classes, and other business. We expect to be able to reopen Thursday, February 1, 2024 at our normal time of 8:00 am.
