I have been a registered dietitian working in outpatient care since 2010, and I have a true passion for educating my clients on strategies to help them achieve their health goals. I have worked in a variety of fitness and clinical settings, and I specialize in weight loss, metabolic dysfunction (specifically all forms of diabetes), and hormonal imbalances, including perimenopause and menopause. I have taught multiple small groups on different health-related topics and have been an adjunct professor at George Mason University and Montgomery County Community College. I believe that health and body composition can be improved at any age through education, dedication, and self-belief, and I truly enjoy showing clients how to accomplish their goals and being their support system along the way.
